JAY MAHESH SUGAR INDUSTRIES LIMITED (JMSIL) – A Green Field Integrated Sugar Project
(India’s First Most Modern and Sophisticated Sugar Mill at Maharashtra)

SED acquired JMSIL unit to enter into the field of Sugar Manufacturing, Co-generation and Distillery. With a vision and mission to revolutionize the global sugar industry through energy conservation, SED acquired a running sugar plant “Jay Mahesh Sugar Industries Limited” in Maharashtra in September, 2006.

This Plant with a crushing capacity of 5000 TCD and Co-Gen project of 30 MW along with Distillery plant of 100 KLPD is expected to be commissioned in near future. The Co-Gen project of JMSIL will be eligible for Carbon emission reduction. JMSIL is a test bench for all the latest equipments & energy efficient technologies developed by SED.

• JMSIL has achieved the benchmarking results with highest recovery rate of 11% in the region with a Bagasse Diffuser (Carousel Diffuser™).
• Running successfully at 3500 TCD – with less than 25% steam consumption.

SPRAY ENGINEERING SUGARS LIMITED

It is engaged in the business of manufacture and trading in sugar and its allied products in India and abroad. The company is further in planning to set-up a 5000 TCD sugar plant with an incidental co-generation power facility of 10 MW and a distillery of 45 KLPD capacity to produce ethanol.

SED ENGINEERS & FABRICATORS PRIVATE LIMITED

SED incorporated SED Engineers and Fabricators Private Limited as its wholly owned subsidiary in 2006 with the object to render services for erection, fabrication and commissioning to Sugar Plants either on Turnkey basis / on own basis / commission basis, both in India and abroad.

SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPERS LIMITED

SED incorporated its another wholly owned subsidiary with the objective to provide infrastructure and industrial processing centre for Agro and Dairy based industries as well as to develop sustainable and eco friendly environment for them, especially in projects like Power Generation from Bagasse / Bio-mass and manufacturing agro / dairy based products.

We are manufacturing of high grade Non-Ferrous metals and their respective chemicals, developed by our own in-house
R & D. We mainly deal in Electroplating & Specialized Chemicals. Our most of the products are supplied in bulk packing as per standard specifications. Here are some of our major products produced in bulk quantities.
