TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Training plays a vital role in an individual's growth. All the employees recognize the importance of the fact that the training will enable them not only to carry out the present duties efficiently but will also equip them to take over more responsibilities so as to enrich the job. Developing competence has become a critical issue nowadays for establishing a smart workforce that can achieve a competitive success. A lot of importance is also attached to the development of an individual through on-the-job coaching by the manager. We passionately develop our training programmes having strong foundation in identification of business need and a disciplined framework. These programmes help in inculcating the sense of team work, team spirit, inter-team collaborations & the zeal to learn within the employees. Intensive Skill Enhancement Workshops - Focusing on the growing demands of industry, Intensive Skill Enhancement Workshops are being conducted for upgrading the technology skill levels of the employees leading to the increased productivity of the employees that help the organization further to achieve its long-term goals. Induction Programme - To ensure that the new joiners have a smooth transition into the organizational culture; induction program is being carried out in SED.
